René Beil, Managing Director of Beaufort Global Partners LLC, brings a seasoned history in hospitality investment, asset management, development, operations and finance to the group. He has a proven track record in organization building, discrete off market private negotiations & transactions accompanied by a comprehensive network of personal relationships at senior principal levels in government, commerce and finance. He has led international business development and growth initiatives for Sovereign Wealth Funds, Government, Public & Private Companies, Royal Families, High Net-Worth Individuals as well as Family Offices. Beil is fluent in English, French, German, Dutch and proficient in Spanish.
From Boston University, Beil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, complemented by a Minor in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics. He is today a member of the Advisory Board to Boston University School of Hospitality Administration & Metropolitan College and Vice President of the Boston University Gulf Corporation Council (GCC) Alumni Association.
After the United States of America he relocated to the United Arab Emirates being appointed as Vice President Asset Management of Dubai Investment Group, the real estate investment subsidiary of Dubai Holding. Beil’s responsibilities included the asset management of the international hotel and real estate asset portfolio of Dubai Holding, which comprised of the Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts and additional international luxury real estate assets.
Beil became Principal for the Gulf Corporation Council (GCC) of a non-profit organization which bridges the gap between the Middle East and Latin America.
Most recently, Beil was elected as President and one of the founding members of HAMA MEA, the Middle East & Africa chapter of the international reputable non-profit association, Hospitality Asset Managers Association.

Jeff Zhang holds an MBA from Sun YatSen University and has worked in the hotel industry for a decade, co-founder of Asia Hotel Forum. Jeff Zhang has a wealth of experience and understanding in the Chinese hotel market and completed dozens of hotel investment market research reports and feasibility study reports. He has also participated in a number of HMA negotiations. Now he works at Argyle Hotel Group which is an exporter of the highest Australian standard of hotel and resort management services, as the General Manager of Guangzhou branch & President of Ausotel, Jeff Zhang fully in charge of business development, marketing strategy, brand operation and revenue management for Ausotel of Argyle.

Mr. Robin Shen is currently Vice President of Shimao Group and General Manager of Shimao Hotel Management Corporation, and takes charge of the investment and management of all managed and self-owned hotels. Mr. Robin Shen has been in the hotel industry for over two decades. He served for the Wanda Group as Deputy General Manager of Wanda Hotel Construction Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Operations, responsible for management contract negotiation, hotel preparation and post-opening hotel asset management for all its hotel projects. He once worked for Xiamen International Airport Group, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
